Tiramisu

A SIMPLE AND EASY DESSERT

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2 cups Mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
5 oz. white chocolate
powdered chocolate
14 ladyfingers or so
Chocolate liquor
Coffee liquor
Honey Liquor
 
   
   

set out a small bowl and pour equal parts of coffee and chocolate liquor. You will use a pastry brush to cover the ladyfingers once placed into their containers
1) place egg yolks into one bowl with 1 cup powdered
 sugar and whip'

2) place egg whites in a 2nd bowl and whip, add
sugar and 'goop' and whip on high*

* make meringue recipe (check either key lime pie recipe or lemon)
 
   
   
 

fold cheese into yolks then egg whites
 
grate white chocolate
   
   

folding away!
 
place lady fingers into container , brush with liquor,
add cheese mixture, cover with white chocolate and
 dash with cocoa powder
