Well.... this was pretty much what I normally do... but I was trying to hold my shoulders back and unfortunately failed to get my left leg to open up... this caused me to stop and not get the explosion into the throw.
Oh well... films never lie and I really appreciate Mr. Mc Elvoy for filming! I'll work on this before my next meet!
