My handle of the weight hit on
the line made this a sector foul... but it was my really big throw!
I had to settle for 64-02... but at least this told me that I was back on track
and ready for more! There are many things I will do to improve ... I have a lot
to work on!
As you can see I am walking over to the right and my positioning at release is
not at all where it needs to be.
The good news is that I am improving... and seeing these frame-by-frames is a real asset to me!
