The picture below is of my dad in 1973 as a thrower for UCLA. My mother is actually in the stands and they had been married about 7 months at the time.

The old ring at UCLA is gone in order to make room for a soccer field, but the 'practice' ring is still there and that is where we will be throwing in the great dual meet ahead of us!

Here we are traveling back home after our meet in Claremont! It's great to be back in downtown 'ELAY"!
 

One of the fun places to eat is at the many restaurants at the Boneventure Hotel. They have a fabulous Chinese place with a super sweet and sour soup!
 


Where I live is very special. And one of the ways is that you never know what is going to happen! What do you think of the picture at left?

Actually, they had close off the roads and we're filming a scene. In fact they were filming this seen over and over all day!

He is actually leaning forward and a support wire is attached from his waist to the bus!
