If anything goes semi-good, then we did it. If anything goes real good, then you did it. That's all it takes to get people to win football games." |

'Leaving on a Jet Plane' -- however, unlike the
song, I may be back for the NCAA's. My mark really isn't as good as I
would have hoped, but maybe it might make it. |
We experienced some snow flurries in Fayetteville.
You really can't see them in this picture, but they are there! |

Everyone wants to see what the 'SC locker rooms
look like and they are very nice. Sorry, this is a PG rated newsletter! |
Some of our great officials! |

Toby Keith's 'How do you like me now?' certainly
seemed to be my theme returning back to Tyson! Although I didn't do as well as I liked, I received a lot of encouragement from fans, athletes and coaches on my reappearance at Tyson. Some athletes, like friends at the other 'SC (South Carolina), could not resist teasing me about my new uniform! Their coach was very gracious and welcomed me back! I don't have room to thank everyone for the
kindness I was shown in my return to Tyson and to collegiate track, but
thank you! |

I would like to also thank the hard working officials! They seldom get the credit for an outstanding throw or an athlete's personal record, but without them it could never happen!
Thank you for all you do! -- Karen:) |
Thank you all for visiting my newsletter this week and hopefully, if I make it, I will cover the NCAA Championship in a few weeks back in Arkansas. Otherwise, I will join the rest of my teammates for our first outdoor meets!
GOoooOOOoo Trojans!
