Last chance meets are just that. This is an athlete's last chance at making the cutoff for the NCAA Championships held in Fayetteville , Arkansas next week!

There are plenty of last chance meets all around the country. After the performance, athletes wait until late Monday or early Tuesday to see if they made the cut!

We had four hours to kill after the meet and we headed over to the mall. Guess what I found? It was a STARBUCKS! However, it was unlike any Starbucks I have ever been to --- it was delicious! I guess they save the best for their home city!

My sister lived here for a few years and never said a thing to me about this!!!

Back when I was being recruited in high school, this facility
was only 'under construction.' Some of the officials and I were
talking about it and they teased me by saying " it was built a
long, long , long time ago!"    Hey, I am not that old!

What you have to do and
the way you have to do it is incredibly simple.
Whether you are willing to do it , that's another matter.
