Sometimes the favorite spots that locals go to are hidden in the secret recesses of every city. Fortunately, we have team members who lived here! Virginia Powell came from Seattle and Michelle Sanford has family here! The clam chowder was spectacular at Ivar's! It was so yummy that I didn't have time to get a picture of it! Karen:) P.S. In the "Seafood Category" I would put it up in the same level of yumminess as the 'Marketplace' in Fayetteville, Arkansas!

We had a chance to walk around the waterfront and play tourist!	At the airport there was a 'talking water fountain! It was the strangest thing I have seen on any trip! Do you see the speaker?

Trojans in Long Beach! Not every Trojan competed this weekend, but of those who did --- some went to Washington to try to improve on their indoor marks, while others went to Long Beach to compete in our second outdoor meet! *A lot of very fine marks and improvements were made this weekend!*
