Join the Florida Gators as we head north
to the Penn Relays!

Congrats to our 4X400 team (Sekou, Reggie, Stefan & Kerron) for

beating the 27-year-old Meet Record with a time of 3:01:10!

Lady Gator Throwers Looking Good!

Once again, the Philly Gators treated us to a
great dinner at Penn Relays....
see page 4 for more photos!

Rae Blewitt, Adriane's mom, sent this
embroidered towel to my dad as a thank you
for sending her his Indoor NCAA throws CD.

Congrats to Adriane on her great comeback
at Drake Relays after battling cancer.
We wish you the best, Adriane!

The stands are starting to fill for Saturday's events.

Here's a view of the Philadelphia skyline
from the hammer facility.
The weather was much better (warmer!) than last year!

Here are LeeAnne Sear's articles on the Penn Relays:

There's always a lot going on outside
the stadium, too!

Akera and I are getting some work done
in the weightroom.

Gator Football Fans:

Some news and updates from around the football office.

We have a new feature on our Web site that will give you an inside look at Gator football. When you click on the Ron Zook main page, you will be able to take a virtual tour of my office. You also will see links for additional virtual tours, including the weight room, meeting rooms, locker rooms, South endzone area and training rooms.

You also will see some of my post spring practice comments that I shared with the media on my site during the rest of the week. We will have select comments for each of the next several days, and they also will be archived under my daily post practice comments as well.

For the second straight year we also are conducting a Gator Women's Football Clinic. On June 19 we are extending an invitation to women over the age of 16 to come spend the day with the University of Florida football coaching staff. We will take you from inside the locker room to out on the football field. The clinic will cover the basics of football, including the major aspects of the game: offense, defense and special teams. We will have a rules seminar and discuss several topics including equipment, weights and conditioning, nutrition and the training room.

Complete information on all of our camps, along with application forms, are available on this Web site under camps. If you have trouble completing the information forms or have any questions about our camps, please feel free to contact the Florida football office at 352.375.4683 ext. 4100.

As I've mentioned before, I will be in Atlanta on Wednesday evening at the first stop of my 2004 Gator Club speaking engagements. If you are at the event, members of our staff will be soliciting your ideas for photos and tales from the event. You can click on "Appearances" on my Web site for a complete schedule of my Gator Club speaking engagements.

Thanks again for your continued support and Go Gators!
