This was a great week! My sister came home from Iraq and joined us in Arizona!
I am really looking forward to the Penn Relays! I hope I see some Gator Boosters there!

Welcome Home!

Kristin just came home after a year in Iraq...
and flew down to see my meet in Arizona!

I couldn't have had a better present!

Congrats to Kristin for winning the Army's Grizzly Award
for being this year's BEST Engineering
lieutenant Platoon Leader in the whole Army!

Here is 'Gator Great' LeeAnne Sears' article about our meets in Arizona!

Now for our Arizona State/Mesa CC photo gallery....

Here's a view from the throwing fields
overlooking the shot put area and on
toward the track!
Here's where the discus is thrown at Mesa CC. Coach Olsen has done a remarkable job
providing one of the best track and
field facilities in the country!

Well... what would a K-Mail be without
FOOD and the
'Black Angus' is a great place
for steak!

With Kristin in Iraq the past year , we hadn't been together as a complete family for about 2 years! Everyone had a chance to celebrate! Left to right: Karla, Kristin, me!, Mom and Dad

Dad couldn't resist taking a picture of
my first bite... I really don't eat like this...
it was for the camera!

I got away with bunny ears on Kristin...it's
risky to try this on a Combat Engineer!
but as you will see later...
I couldn't fool Akera!

On to Page 2... 'stressed' spelled backwards is 'desserts'!
On to Page 3.... who's RANKED & where?

See what K-mail subscribers
have to say....
