♪♪♫♪Well... everyone has asked me how I got started and how I made  my biggest improvements... sooo  here it is!♪♪♫♪ Coming home always feels gooood! ♪♪♫♪The real secret is not the weight room, per se, it is how we train that makes the difference! Here's a link to a weight training story my dad wrote for a USATF publication back in 2000 that explains it more thoroughly! CLICK HERE!

I also keep weights and stuff in my dorm room so my training can go on 24-7. Here's a lift anyone can easily do in their any room!

VIDEO--SWINGS! (thanks to IRONMAN!)

If you know "IRONMAN" then you probably know that he has his own special garage/ weight room! Here's one of the many favorite exercises I learned from him!

Here's my SLO Garage Weightroom!

Hey, This is an evil machine! This is a Cybex 'Stepper' and gives me my last bit of fitness and conditioning work while I am at home. When I am
in Florida, I have to improvise a bit...
but
this is the greatest!

Next to the 'stepper', I have some dumbbells for flies, swings and a bunch of 'isolation' exercises! Do you see the Fiji Water® boxes on the wall! I thought it would be fun to have my favorite water decorate our weight room!
You can see our 'ancient' bench from York
Barbell!
I have many fond memories in this
bench! RiiiIight!

VIDEO -- 250 lb. Power Cleans!

I am up to
285 lbs.
now at Florida...
but during Christmas I'll be filming
some big numbers!
The white posts are part of my 'Tuff Stuff' squat rack! There have been a lot of squats in this rack... but it is set up for 'shrugs' right now.

VIDEO -- 715lb. SHRUG!

Here's a view of our Universal Gym Hercules!
We bought this from Westmont College
and refurbished it and had it painted in Black
and PURPLE (my favorite color).

Here's where I have done tons of legs presses. The top goes up to 750 lbs. and the bottom goes up to 500 lbs. The great thing about leg presses is the fact it is relatively safe and yet you can really get a workout!!!

Some of the guys from our Gator Great
Football team are a kick to lift with... I
know I push them to higher levels.. I
mean... who really wants to be beaten by
a girl? Ha!

♪♪♫♪What you probably don't realize is that my weight room is probably one of the greatest places to listen to music!♫♫♪♪

♪♪♫♪In my wood garage with a parabolic ceiling, Bose® Speakers... the sound is great! It really gets you motivated for your next lift!♪♪♫♪
