Welcome to the KarenFreberg.com Survey on Sexual Harassment. 

The purpose for this survey is to investigate the frequency and implications of  incidents of sexual harassment in the sport of track and field.  Some of these questions are multiple choice and some are fill-in the blank. 

The survey is broken into several parts, including:  general information about the participants, sexual harassment, and suggestions that you might have to improve our understanding of sexual harassment. 

All participant information will be kept confidential.  If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian before participating in this survey.

        Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and
        other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes
        sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of this
        conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment,
        unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance
        or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
