On to the next steps in the process!

3/4 Cup priming sugar. This will be boiled
in some water to add to the beer to allow the
yeast to produce carbonation and some
more alcohol once bottled.

Here I am with the Beer ready to be siphoned
into a secondary container prior to bottling.

Corn sugar coming to a boil.

These fellows are the rubber seals that
go on the bale-top bottle caps.
This is Iodophore used with water to
sanitize the equipment so no nasties
cause the yeast to turn on us.

After rinsing with iodophor/water solution
we let the gear air dry. If we had used bleach
water we would have had to rinse or the bleach
would kill the yeast. That's the beauty of iodophor.

Corn sugar closer still to a boil.

It's a boilin'.

Now we pour the sterilized corn sugar water
mix into the sanitized 5-gallon bucket then
 siphon the beer into that.

Soldiers awaiting deployment.

Troop Surge.

Now we siphon the beer (now mixed with
corn sugar) into the awaiting bottles.

More siphoning.

This is the device that makes bottling
much easier. It has a spring tip so it only
dispenses beer when it is pressing the
bottom of the beer bottle.

This one is ready for the ten day wait in
 the closet until Drinkin' Day.

More freshly
bottled beer
babies.

Now... all we have to do is wait!
