Conditioning Plan

 

Lt. Douglas graham was looking for a conditioning plan to accompany his normal workload...both for himself and his men.  Coach Tyrone came up with this little workout. Try it yourself.... ha! :)

+ indicates that the run (sprint) is followed by a 50m jog! 
-  indicates that the run (sprint) is followed by a 100m walk!
"yellow" line indicates that this is optional and should be excluded in the first week of training!
