How to Make a
Turducken shell

People love these many and varied recipes
for "Turduckens". Turduckens are 'bird
within a bird' recipes for
special holidays and events.

In this case, we are talking about a chicken
within a duck within a turkey. However,
almost any bird will do... from geese
to Ostriches!

The key is to make the turkducken( in this case)
look as authentic when you are finished as
does just a plan ol turkey would look coming
from the oven!

Step 1: Find a turkey

Step 2: Make a cut along the backbone

Step 3: Begin to peal back the skin from the
skeletal structure

Step 4: Using a sharp knife
( a Cutco or a Global are my choices)
sever the wing and leg bones at the body joints

Step 5: Slice all around the skeleton until it
can be removed

Step 6: Now you have the meat, wings and legs

From here you can place in other meats and various
stuffing's , close the back place the bird on it's back,
cook and no one knows what happened until
the first slice!

Season before adding the first stuffing layer

Have fun!
