When I am home... I have a lot of fun! Fun in the land of my family means football and a lot of intense competition in weight lifting and throwing! Some people call this work, but to me it is all goooOoOd!
Yeah, we did a day of upper body work and throwing followed by a lower body day and throwing. My dad and I took a few pictures and I have a couple of videos of my weight throw. CAUTION: if you have a 'dial-up' or slow connection, you might like to look at the frame-by-frame picture instead... it won't take so long to load! :)
