To our friends & Visitors: One of the joys in my life has always been to cook with my wife and daughters. They are as adventuresome as beautiful and together we have explored many interesting recipes from all over the world together! Some of our recipes have become very popular on the net. Our recent Baklava recipe is a big hit in Greece and I take that as a wonderful compliment. It is extravagant as most of the recipes are, but as authentic as reasonable. So from me and my four chefs, here is what we make and enjoy! Roger
