2011 Reputation
Institute Conference in beautiful New Orleans!
Of course, when you are
in New Orleans, you are in the heart of Mardi Gras! :D
However, this is not what we
are focusing on today. The Reputation Institute is taking
over New Orleans and we were here to work hard, make
contacts, present, learn and play hard!
As Emeril Lagasse
would say, the Reputation Institute did
“Kick it up a notch!” and “BAM!” it
was a hit!

The
atmosphere of
Delmonico's is very inviting - great place
to have a memorable meal! My appetizer - a creole rice
dish with pork - it was DIVINE! The main course - pork
chop with egg, bacon, and other delicious sides to make
it one
of the most enjoyable meals I have ever had! And
the way to cap of the evening - a fabulous dessert! Corn
bread
pudding with honey ice cream, blackberries, and
bacon (yes, I said bacon!) It was a true foodie heaven
experience! :)
If I didn't say it before, this is one of
Chef
Emeril Lagasse's
restaurants, but the name of Delmonico has a life, image
and
prestige all it's own!

My
first dinner before the RI Conference begins was at
Domenica - a restaurant by John Besh (www.chefjohnbesh.com),
and he created this restaurant to focus on fresh Italian
cuisine from those that came from Italy and migrated to
Louisiana.
Everything was so delicious and amazing - a
foodie paradise!
