Pumpkin Custard Pie!

The only Pumpkin Pie Recipe you
will ever need!


Basic Super de Duper Pumpkin Pie Recipe!*

Libby's 29 ounce (822 g) Pumpkin Pie
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups manufacturers cream
5 teaspoons special blend of spices**
1 - 2 cup glazed pecans ( make them yourself!)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 cups baker's sugar
1 vanilla bean


425 degrees for the first 15 minutes
350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife placed into center can
be removed clean/ let cool for a couple of hours

* Libby's recipe is fine as far as it goes and like most Nestle' recipes the are a cut above, yet they still have
some parameters that we need to ignore n pursuit of something better

** my basic blend consists of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, mace, cloves, cardamom and ginger

Mix in the spices and the cream!

ready for the oven!

It doesn't have to be the 'scratch baking season' (October- January) to make a great
pumpkin pie... and I am sure your people will find this completely yummy!
