As you can see... I am back in school where it's always sunny ... or rainy... or windy in ol' Florida. Don't like the weather... just hang around for awhile and it is bound to change!
My diet is going great and I am losing a lot of inches! In fact, some of my friends have been very impressed ... and others .. well.. they just get jealous! ha! I have a recipe for my favorite breakfast , it's an eggel! What is really great is that it takes seconds to make and the 'clean up' is minor! enjoy!

Here's what i use to make a quick and delicious breakfast in about 2 minutes!

I use the microwave to make my
scrambled egg so fluffy! There is only

However it looks like 4!
I use "Pam" to keep the egg from sticking in my small bowl. The egg has 1 tbsp. of Milk and a dash or two of 'Susie Q'. This gives me a 'taste of home!'

Well... I am in my second week of class ... and I know many of you great K-Mail subscribers haven't even started! hmmmm... well , we do get out for summer in April, so I guess we're even!
