
Here's
a NEW LIFT
that I started just this year. Some of you power and olympic lifters already
know about this... and you probably incorporate it already into your training...
but for me it was a new and fun lift! The added benefit is that it is a lot
easier on my back and knees than a lot of others things I have done.
My Doctor also prefers this.

Some of the gals at Florida love this little lift... and I can see why! It helps work on a very specific part of the explosive movement... plus, it's fun to lift a whole lotta weight! :) |
