One of the things I have enjoyed
at USC has been
 learning more about the
 hammer. Although it has
 been very low on our
 priorities this year, it has
 been fun improving my
 technique and making 'SC's
 All-Time list in this event.

My father has been a
USATF Hammer Official
and reminded me that
the women's NCAA Record
 was not much farther than
 what I have been throwing
 not all that long ago!

So, for those who have
 dared to ask me for a
